Is Prosto really free?
Yes. Invoices and products have no limit, and selling, stock, branches, customers, suppliers, purchases, expenses and the main reports are free — with no time limit and no card. Pro adds the AI assistant, voice and barcode selling, the invoice scanner, deferred sales, profit tracking, cloud backup, Excel, WhatsApp invoices and thermal printing — with a 7-day free trial.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is stored on your phone, so you can sell, count stock and run reports with no connection. Signing in, buying Pro, cloud backup and the AI assistant are the parts that need the internet.
Where is my data? Can you see it?
Your products, invoices, customers and prices are stored in a database on your own phone. They stay there unless you use cloud backup, which keeps a copy in our cloud storage, linked to your account, until you delete the account.
Which printers does it work with?
Bluetooth thermal receipt printers, including XPrinter, Zebra, GooJPRT and Ocom — for receipts and sticky barcode labels. Thermal printing is part of Pro.
Can I bring my product list from Excel?
Yes. Import your whole catalogue from an Excel file and export it again whenever you like, with no retyping. Excel import and export is part of Pro.
Which languages and currencies?
The app speaks twenty languages, Arabic and English among them, and works in any currency: you choose your shop’s currency in the app.
How do I cancel Pro?
Through the App Store or Google Play, like any other subscription — we cannot charge you; only the store can. If Pro lapses, nothing is deleted: Pro features simply pause until you renew.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
Both. The same app, on Google Play and the App Store.
